Job summary

Forte Renewables is seeking a Marketing Manager in Warszawa to develop and execute our global marketing strategy. This full-time, on-site role offers growth within an international energy advisory team.

You will collaborate with the Managing Director, business development and engineering teams to craft compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and strengthen our brand across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in renewable energy or technical consulting is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience with Eurostaffs marketing and digital campaigns.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global marketing strategy.
• Strengthen the Forte Renewables brand across markets.
• Create case studies, articles, newsletters, brochures and presentations.
• Manage and improve the company website.
• Coordinate social media campaigns and digital channels.
• Support business development with marketing materials for events.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to boost leads.
• Monitor marketing performance and propose improvements.
• Coordinate external agencies, designers and suppliers.
• Organise participation in industry conferences and events.
• Translate technical topics into engaging marketing content.
