Job summary

The Link Group, a premier global financial institution, seeks a Regulatory Reporting Manager to build and lead a dedicated reporting team in Warsaw. You will own end-to-end governance, execution, and automation of regulatory filings across jurisdictions, with emphasis on MiFID II transaction reporting.

You will partner with Technology and Data teams to develop SQL validation queries and data pipelines, oversee controls, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Finance to align with KNF

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory or compliance reporting experience within investment banking, asset management, or capital markets institutions.
• 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of MiFID II transaction reporting, trade lifecycle, and reference data.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regulatory reporting team.
• Own end-to-end delivery and governance of global regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
• Lead MiFID II transaction reporting workflows and data reporting for OTC and exchange-traded products.
• Design robust controls, reconciliations, and audit-ready governance frameworks.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to build SQL validation queries and automated data pipelines.
• Manage external vendors and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
