The Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Operations Governance Lead at Citi Solutions Center Poland is a senior role responsible for overseeing complex regulatory reporting programs across multiple MEA markets. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting or related areas.
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess regulatory changes across MEA markets and discuss solutions with executive management.
• Lead regulatory reporting projects from business requirements through testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with regulators, auditors and risk partners to ensure compliance.
• Drive process improvements, data quality, and reporting efficiency across teams.
• Develop talent and succession plans; sponsor development opportunities.
