Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Kraków to focus on reporting, system and analysis. The role partners with international market FP&A teams to consolidate forecasts, analyze performance and provide timely financial insights to leadership.

We require 4–5+ years in management reporting or planning, a Master's in finance/accounting (ACCA/CIMA preferred), strong Excel/HFM skills, and fluent English. The hybrid role offers growth in a global environment.

Formación

• 4–5+ years of experience in management reporting, forecasting/planning or controlling.
• Master’s degree in finance/accounting; ACCA/CIMA in progress or completed preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key business issues and propose solutions.
• Excellent excel modelling skills; experience with HFM is a plus.
• English fluency and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with market FP&A teams to consolidate forecasts, analyze performance, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support International Markets Leadership.
• Analyze sales, pricing, volume, gross margin, SG&A, and operating income trends.
• Support the annual planning process through financial analysis, consolidation and coordination across markets.
• Prepare business reviews, leadership presentations, and performance reporting for senior management.
• Develop and improve management reporting, financial models, and analytical tools.
• Contribute to standardization, simplification, and automation of forecasting, planning and reporting processes.
