Job summary

Takeda Lodz seeks an experienced contract delivery lead to manage end-to-end contracts across R&D and external partners. You will coordinate drafting, negotiation and execution while ensuring compliance with Takeda policies, supplier onboarding, and PO/invoice processes.

With 6+ years in contracts or business ops and strong English, you will collaborate across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Quality to deliver complex projects in a global matrix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, law, procurement or related field.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant experience in business operations or contract management.
• Excellent English proficiency and ability to work with international documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, and closeout of contracts.
• Partner with R&D requestors to translate needs into contract terms.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Quality, and third parties.
• Ensure compliance with Takeda policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage supplier onboarding, contract records, PO approvals, invoicing, and accrual reporting.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
