Job summary

Takeda Lodz, Poland is seeking a senior leader to drive global Clinical Data Management (CDM) processes and technology adoption across assets.

You will oversee enterprise timelines, resource modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration with GDC, CDM leadership, and TAUs to ensure compliance and timely data delivery.

Candidates should have 10+ years in data management, strong vendor management, and proven leadership in a global, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/MS Degree or international equivalent; 10+ years data management experience.
• Expert knowledge managing vendor relationships and alliance partnerships with at least 7 years’ experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels across functions.
• 5+ years of line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CDM process and technology implementation across assets.
• Oversee enterprise study timelines and resourcing models for DM activities.
• Partner with GDC, CDM LT, BSO and TAUs to ensure regulatory compliance and optimized workflows.
• Drive CDM operating model improvements and data quality initiatives.
