Job summary

Takeda Lodz, Poland is seeking an experienced EBM Delivery Manager for end-to-end management of large, complex contracts within R&D collaborations. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Compliance and external CROs, driving negotiation, execution, and compliance with policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes hybrid work, extensive stakeholder engagement, and proactive contract governance supported by Ariba, MDG and reporting tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, law, procurement, or a related field.
Excellent English proficiency essential for contract documentation and cross-functional work.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience working in global matrix environments.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of large, complex contracts and projects.
Coordinate drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, and closeout of contracts.
Partner with R&D requestors to clarify business needs and translate requirements into contract terms.
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Quality and 3rd parties to draft, negotiate, execute and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with Takeda policies, financial controls and regulatory obligations.
