Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Quality & Risk Director to lead strategic quality programs across facilities operations in Poland, with flexible regional bases in Scotland or Serbia as needed. The role emphasizes driving regulatory compliance and best practices to safeguard client satisfaction.

The position requires extensive experience in quality leadership, ISO 9001:2015 implementation, and audit readiness, with collaboration across client quality teams and vendors to maintain top-tier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality engineering, facilities design, and production/facility operations (strong related experience may substitute for degree).
• Proven leadership in quality and regulatory affairs for facilities operations.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and related regulations.
• Experience in global real estate quality assurance/quality control roles.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop, implement, and direct quality programs including non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, training compliance, and vendor qualifications to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage third-party vendor compliance programs including qualification processes, quality agreements, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Interface with client quality personnel to ensure adherence to Quality Agreements and proper documentation.
• Develop trend analysis reports and maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation for regulatory readiness and audit compliance.
• Supervise and mentor team members across account teams to share learnings and best practices.
• Ensure implementation of JLL's Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Prepare and submit periodic account status reports related to Quality Programs and drive process improvements.
