Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Governance professional to maintain and develop the data governance program for a major client account in the Industrials vertical. The role involves building a robust governance program to reduce risks from poor quality real estate data.

The position sits within JLL Technologies' global Data Governance structures and is embedded in the on-Account organization, with a Poland-wide remote option and on-site Warsaw presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data governance / data management experience in an enterprise environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Client Account Data Governance policies, processes, and data standards
• Establish data governance framework across service lines to ensure data integrity
• Oversee Master Data Management for critical property data elements
• Communicate with stakeholders to solve data issues and promote data stewardship
• Create and maintain metadata documentation including Data Dictionaries
• Facilitate meetings to apply governance rules to data changes and projects
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes
