Job summary

Motorola Solutions Polska seeks a seasoned quality leader to define and execute a quality strategy across international systems integration projects. You will lead quality initiatives and collaborate with deployment teams to ensure metrics align with business goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining the QMS, driving CAPA, and promoting continuous improvement through data-driven analysis in a dynamic telecom environment. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years required; Six Sigma/CMQ preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years in quality management or systems integration.
• Strong numerical and data interpretation skills to support decision making.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a quality strategy across the international systems integration lifecycle.
• Support the Critical Communications quality program and maintain a QMS.
• Collaborate with deployment teams and leadership to align quality metrics with business needs.
• Lead RCA and CAPA for issues impacting deployments, drive continuous improvement.
