Job summary

Danfoss in Poland is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Customer Quality to voice our strategic customers and connect their expectations with our growth and operational excellence across B2B and OEM markets.

You will partner with sales, engineering, and manufacturing to embed quality as a differentiator, lead a global team, and translate technical topics into clear business value while driving data-driven, preventive quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing quality leadership role in manufacturing, industrial B2B, or OEM.
• Collaborative work with commercial teams such as sales or business development.
• Ability to build trust with customers and translate tech topics into commercial value.
• Proficiency with structured problem-solving (8D, root cause) and knowledge of quality management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global customer quality strategy, aligning customer voice with commercial and quality goals.
• Act as trusted quality partner to sales teams and strategic customers, guiding new opportunities and escalations.
• Champion preventive quality initiatives and data-driven decisions to boost satisfaction and performance.
• Build partnerships across sales, engineering, and manufacturing to embed quality as a differentiator.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, fostering inclusion and growth.
