Job summary

GFT Technologies Poland is seeking a senior QA professional to join a customer-facing software project, owning QA across mobile, API and UI layers within an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define testing strategies, identify risks, mentor junior QA members, and drive quality improvements while ensuring high-quality releases.

The role requires strong release management, hands-on testing, and excellent communication in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial software testing and QA experience
• Experience defining test strategies and plans
• Hands-on testing across mobile, API, and UI
• Experience with clients and stakeholders in QA decisions
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies and Agile practices
• Fluent English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans and QA approaches
• Analyze requirements and identify testing scope and quality risks
• Execute and coordinate manual and automated testing activities
• Perform mobile, API and UI testing
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on quality topics
• Prepare test documentation, reports and metrics
• Support automation strategy and framework improvements
• Drive quality initiatives and mitigation actions
• Mentor and support junior QA team members
• Cooperate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful releases
