Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Global Process Analyst for the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) function at the Warsaw, Poland or Porto, Portugal location. The role focuses on translating stakeholder needs into clear process, data, control, and system requirements within a global Q2C environment.

You will document processes, gather requirements across commercial, order management, billing, AR, and related areas, and support KPI development and governance with multiple business units and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years in Q2C/O2C, order management, AR, or ERP transformation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC preferred.
• Strong English communication and process-mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future Q2C processes and controls.
• Gather requirements across commercial, order management, billing, AR, and more.
• Support evaluation of change requests and project readiness.
• Develop Q2C KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
