ZF Group in Gliwice invites you to join the Global Commodity Purchasing team as a Trainee in Global Commodity Purchasing (Fasteners & Formings). You'll work with colleagues across functions and locations to learn global sourcing, supplier management, and decision-making within a leading technology company.

The program covers hands-on experience, cross-functional projects, and reports preparation while you support supplier meetings, data-driven analysis, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Structured and organized approach to work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Practical experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good English language skills (minimum B2), nice to know other language.
• Availability to work full‑time.

Responsabilités

• Support sourcing and supplier management activities within the Fasteners & Formings commodity area.
• Assist in analyzing supplier, market and cost development trends.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects involving Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and other business functions.
• Support preparation of reports, presentations and purchasing‑related analyses.
• Assist with supplier meetings, business reviews and sourcing initiatives.
• Coordinate and track purchasing‑related documentation and agreements.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making through information gathering and analysis.
