Job summary

ZF Group in Poland is offering a Trainee position in the Global Procurement Department. You will join a dynamic, international team to learn and contribute to procurement processes early in your career.

The program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and hands-on experience in supply chain activities. The 15-month contract starts with on-site work for 1–3 months, then transitions to a hybrid model (on-site + home office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.
• Analytical skills with attention to details.
• Practical use of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English and Polish (at least B2 for everyday business communication).
• Availability to work full-time.
• Good knowledge of other language (German, Spanish or other) - nice to have.
• B-category Driving License - nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a global procurement team and work actively in the area of supply chain management.
• Being a member of project teams and working on implementing supply chain projects.
• Participation in subtasks in close coordination with other buyers, specialist and cross-sectional areas such as development, quality, logistics, project management and cost engineering.
• Independent evaluation, analysis and preparation of purchasing-relevant data to achieve team and department goals.
