Job summary

ZF Group in Poland invites you to join the Trainee Program in the Global Purchasing Department (m/f/d). You will be part of a global team, assist in confidential agreements, and participate in tasks across development, quality, logistics, project management, and cost engineering.

We seek a recent bachelor or master's graduate in business, engineering, economics or related field with analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and good English (B2+). German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluent English communication; other language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a global purchasing team and actively work in Global Commodity Purchasing.
• Assist in requesting and tracking confidentiality agreements.
• Participate in subtasks coordinated with buyers, development, quality, logistics and project management.
• Independently analyze and prepare purchasing data to meet team goals.

• Be part of a global purchasing team and work and experience actively the area of Global Commodity Purchasing;
• Assistance in requesting and tracking confidentiality agreements;
• Participation in subtasks in close coordination with other buyers, specialist and cross-sectional areas such as devel-opment, quality, logistics, project management and cost engineering;
• Independent evaluation, analysis and preparation of purchasing-relevant data to achieve team and department goals.

Your profile as Trainee in Global Purchasing Department (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field;
• Analytical skills with attention to details;
• Practical use of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working, in combination with good organizational and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 for everyday business communication);
• Availability to work full‑time;
• Good knowledge of other language (German) – nice to have;
• B-category Driving License – nice to have.
