ZF Group in Gliwice is seeking a Trainee in Global Commodity Purchasing to join the Fasteners & Formings team. You will work with colleagues across Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Project Management to learn global sourcing and supplier management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Structured and organized work style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• MS Office experience, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• English skills at least B2; other languages helpful.

Responsabilités

• Support sourcing and supplier management in Fasteners & Formings.
• Analyze supplier, market and cost trends.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics.
• Prepare reports, presentations and analyses.
• Assist with supplier meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate and track purchasing documentation.
• Support data-driven decision-making through information gathering.
