Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to assist the BD team in preparing high-priority, high-complexity proposals and budgets, working with clinical SMEs to create customized responses for Sponsors.

You will support budget reviews, attend client calls, help develop SOWs, and contribute to BD tools, templates, and experience tables. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required, with 1–3 years experience (4–6 preferred) in CRO or clinical trials environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience (4–6 years preferred).
• Minimum Post-secondary certificate / diploma (College, Training Institute, etc.) (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).
• Experience with budget development within a CRO, clinical trials or a similar regulated/complex environment is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal and SOW development for high-priority opportunities.
• Support costing and budgeting with clinical experts and vendors.
• Prepare and present BD materials and support client meetings.
• Coordinate with clinical team and site feasibility as needed.
• Generate BD reports and support tool development.
