Responsibilities

Prepare month-end and year-end activities within Property Accounting area in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure balance sheet accounts accuracy and completeness (including preparation/review of balance sheet reconciliations).
Cooperate with Finance, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure proper accounting treatment and SOX compliance.
Support other team members to respond to regular and ad hoc requests.
Review agreements and ensure proper accounting treatment under US GAAP.
Participate in testing of accounting solutions within system implementation projects.
