Job summary

Qualifications

• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid General Ledger background with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with Lease Accounting and contract analysis is a plus.
• 2-3 years in a leadership/managerial position.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to motivate and guide the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 accounting professionals.
• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations during closing cycles.
• Conduct thorough analysis of Colocation Lease Accounting contracts with precision.
• Drive improvements to accounting processes and participate in key projects.
• Prepare and maintain SOX control documentation.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external auditors.
