Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Product Label Administrator in Kraków to maintain the product labeling process for the European portfolio. You will ensure compliance with corporate standards and European legislation, handling label changes and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, English proficiency, and strong organizational skills. A hybrid work model is offered, with opportunities for growth and development within the Global Specifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1+ years of commercial or technical apprenticeship in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent experience.
• Experience with graphic software (InDesign / Illustrator) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
• Ability to manage work and time efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Manage label changes of moderate complexity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external graphics agencies.
• Maintain in-house labels using graphic software (as assigned).
• Ensure label briefings are complete before initiating changes.
• Keep entries in Artwork Database, EPIC (and other databases if needed).
