Job summary

BeOne, based in Warsaw, is seeking a Manager, Global Procurement Operations to optimize supplier lifecycle and end-to-end P2P processes on a global scale. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to ensure compliant, scalable procurement operations.

The role requires strong analytical and cross-functional skills, English fluency, and experience with Ariba, SAP, and SharePoint. Warsaw-based, US hours overlap expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field.
• 7+ years in procurement/operational roles including end-to-end P2P.
• Strong process knowledge and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle management for non-APAC vendors.
• Manage procure-to-pay processes and ensure policy adherence.
• Drive global procurement operations governance and risk controls.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
