Job summary

BeOne, based in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Manager, Global Procurement Operations to drive supplier lifecycle and P2P performance across global markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain operations including end to end P2P.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor lifecycle management, vendor master data, and contract management.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end supplier lifecycle management for vendors outside China or APAC.
• Coordinate supplier due diligence and validation activities.
• Establish standardized supplier lifecycle procedures and SLAs across regions and business units.
• Manage supplier master data creation, validation, maintenance, and periodic reviews.
• Monitor P2P transactions to identify process gaps, exceptions, delayed approvals, invoice/receiving discrepancies, and other operational issues.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials for relevant stakeholders.
