The role collaborates with Global Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Compliance to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will drive standardization, automation, and governance across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain with end-to-end P2P.
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, data integrity.
• Agile and adaptable in fast-growing environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle management for vendors outside China or APAC.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, activation, maintenance, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with global procurement policies and internal controls.
• Drive P2P process improvements and automation.
• Maintain supplier master data and perform periodic validations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for onboarding and P2P operations.
