Job summary

Velux Deutschland Gmbh is seeking a Procurement Operations Consultant to support Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P) processes. You will resolve complex process issues with IT, Finance and Procurement and perform admin activities in Ariba Guided Buying and SAP SRM.

You will ensure policy compliance, contribute to global projects, and provide training and guidance to end users in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in R2P and/or S2P.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, especially Purchasing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying.

Responsibilities

• Support Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P) processes.
• Resolve complex process and system issues with IT, Finance and Procurement.
• Perform admin activities in Ariba Guided Buying and SAP SRM (e.g. catalogue uploads).
• Ensure process compliance and governance within purchasing.
• Act as a first point of contact for end users, providing support, training and guidance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and share knowledge within the team.
