Job summary

Velux Residential is seeking a Procurement Operations Consultant to drive efficient, compliant purchasing processes in a collaborative, international environment. You will support R2P and S2P, resolve complex issues with IT, Finance and Procurement, and perform admin tasks in Ariba Guided Buying and SAP SRM.

The role requires 3+ years in R2P/S2P, strong P2P knowledge, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work model, comprehensive benefits, and a focus on governance are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in R2P and/or S2P.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, especially Purchasing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying.
• Confident English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P) processes.
• Resolve complex process and system issues together with IT, Finance and Procurement.

• Ensure process compliance and strong governance within purchasing.
