Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Procurement Operations Consultant to join our international team. You will support R2P and S2P processes, ensuring compliant and efficient purchasing while collaborating with IT, Finance and Procurement across functions.

You will work with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying, providing end-user support, training, and governance. The role emphasizes a proactive, customer-focused mindset and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in R2P and/or S2P.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, especially Purchasing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying.
• Confident English communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Enjoyment of training others and working in a customer-focused way.

Responsibilities

• Support Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P) processes.
• Resolve complex process and system issues together with IT, Finance and Procurement.
• Perform admin activities in Ariba Guided Buying and SAP SRM.
• Ensure process compliance and strong governance within purchasing.
• Take part in local and global projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Act as a first point of contact for end users, providing support, training and guidance.
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and share knowledge within the team.
