Job summary

VELUX is seeking a Procurement Operations Consultant to optimize requisition-to-payment and source-to-contract processes. You will resolve complex system issues with cross-functional teams and perform admin tasks in Ariba Guided Buying and SAP SRM, ensuring robust process governance.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, train end users, and contribute to local and global procurement improvements while maintaining a customer-focused approach in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in R2P and/or S2P
• Strong understanding of P2P processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying
• Confident English communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
• Enjoyment of training others and working in a customer-focused way

Responsibilities
