Job summary

Amcor, a global leader in responsible packaging, invites graduates to join an 18‑month Procurement Graduate Program starting in October 2026. The role will be based in Prague, Czech Republic, with two international rotations across Amcor facilities in Europe.

You will gain hands‑on exposure in sourcing, supplier management, data analytics, and digital procurement transformation, while collaborating with diverse teams and mentors to accelerate your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proof of academic achievements in your selected field.
• First internship or work experience in data, analytics, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Interest in procurement, operations, analytics, or supply chain.
• MS Office advanced knowledge including Excel (Power Query, VBA) and Power BI.
• Interest in AI tools and some programming (e.g., Python) is an advantage.
• English fluency; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, supplier management and RFP activities across EMEA.
• Contribute to procurement excellence and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze procurement data to support decision making and cost optimization.
• Participate in cross‑functional and international projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Assist digital procurement transformation initiatives, including AI‑driven analytics.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and savings.
