Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is offering a Finance & Procurement Graduate Program in Łódź, Poland. The program runs for 12 months with two periods, during which you will rotate within two Global Enablement departments, starting in a part-time, fixed-term contract basis.

You will learn balance sheet reconciliation, P&L impacts, and Procure to Pay processes, while supporting audits, reporting, and month-end closings.

Qualifications

• Student of last 2 years or recent graduate in Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge on balance sheet reconciliation and its implications to P&L.
• Understand Procure to Pay processes from purchase decision to invoice payment.
• Resolve PO and Invoice related issues and support month-end closings.
• Support internal audit and SOX compliance activities.
• Prepare regular financial reports and contribute to short-term projects using Power BI.
