This newly launched program is a strategic initiative to build the future procurement talent pipeline across EMEA. The role will be based in Prague, Czech Republic, followed by two international rotations across Amcor facilities in Europe.
As an Amcor Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by learning some of the plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Manager and Supervisors. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with numerous stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.
In your role as Procurement Graduate, you will :
Over this 18-month program, graduates will gain broad exposure across sourcing, procurement operations, supplier management, and strategic projects, building a strong understanding of procurement within a global organization. The program offers international exposure across EMEA, hands‑on experience in a modern procurement environment, involvement in digital and AI-driven initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and a strong foundation for a long‑term career within Amcor.
