Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Developer Experience engineer to join the Automation & Orchestration team in Warsaw. You will collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps, platform, security, and product teams to enhance engineering workflows, promote automation, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted engineering across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, Site Reliability Engineering, or software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and modern engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Jira or Confluence.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, observability, security, and engineering governance.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in improving application development and delivery.
• Help teams adopt DevOps tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards.
• Create reusable templates, automation patterns, and self-service solutions.
• Support the development and adoption of Internal Developer Platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex development, automation, and tooling issues.
• Promote modern practices such as Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted engineering.
• Share knowledge through coaching, workshops, documentation, and engineering communities.
