Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Working on process improvements based on data and feedback
• Identifying and addressing root causes of disputes

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Data analysis skills with the ability to draw and communicate conclusions
• Presentation and data storytelling skills
• Spoken and written proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
• A „can do” attitude and adaptability to change
• Great team player
• The ideal candidate may also have Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment would be beneficial, as would familiarity with AI tools and their application for data analysis, process improvement, or productivity enhancement.
