Dover Corporation is seeking a skilled Process Engineer for a hybrid role in the Kajetany area near Katowice, Poland. You will deploy site manufacturing processes, develop and document new product introduction, and drive robust, repeatable production methods across global teams.

The role requires a engineering degree with 5+ years’ experience, plus Six Sigma/lean and PFMEA knowledge. English and Polish fluency are expected. Travel up to 5% may be needed.

If you're looking for an international, multidisciplinary and collaborative environment that offers a world of opportunities, come join us at DII.**The Role:**As a **Process Engineer**, you will take part in the deployment of site manufacturing processes and the industrialization of new products.**What you will do:*** Create and implement Manufacturing instructions, manufacturing BOM, tooling, Poke Yoke, equipment's for existing product* Learn and develop PE marketing technologies knowledge & competencies through strong connection with international PE team* Lead and/or contribute to a variety of manufacturing projects, ensuring that the processes are robust, efficient and properly documented.
