Job summary
Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a Dover Corporation segment, seeks a Process Engineer in Poland to deploy site manufacturing processes and industrialize new products. You will define production processes, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure robust, repeatable operations while working with global teams.
Required: engineering degree, 5+ years in process engineering, Six Sigma/Lean, CAD (Inventor/Creo), and English & Polish proficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering with at least 5 years of process engineering experience.
- Proven ability to lead manufacturing projects and manage plans.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, PFMEA, SPC, DOE.
- Proficient CAD skills: Inventor and Creo.
- Fluent in English (B2) and Polish; willing to travel internationally (5%).
Responsibilities
- Create and implement manufacturing instructions, BOMs, tooling, and Poke Yoke.
- Lead manufacturing projects to ensure robust, efficient processes.
- Define production processes for new products per R&D requirements.
- Perform PFMEA and implement a Control Plan.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and global teams.
- Support NPI, changes, and reporting to management.
