Job summary

EY Poland in Katowice is seeking an IT risk and transformation professional to support governance, risk management and PMO activities across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud and Workday projects.

You will assess delivery methodologies, contribute to risk registers, and collaborate with IT, Finance and clients to ensure effective controls and compliance in large-scale ERP transformations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology risk, IT transformation, PMO or consulting.
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• English working proficiency (B2 and above)
• Working proficiency in at least one additional language: French, German, Spanish, Dutch or Italian
• Experience in IT transformation programs, PMO/governance or implementation assurance, or technology risk management/internal controls
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday or similar ERP platforms; cloud transformations; or risk management and controls frameworks
• At least one certification: PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 31000 or ISO 27005
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in structured, project-driven and high-pressure environments
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Confidence dealing with senior-level internal and external contacts

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-implementation reviews of governance, data migration, cutover, and security architecture.
• Support transformation risk registers, issue logs, KRIs and steering committee reporting.
• Assess methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, DevOps) and governance models.
• Conduct ERP and platform risk reviews across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday and cloud migrations.
• Support ERP GRC activities including segregation of duties and automated controls.
• Identify transformation risks and provide independent recommendations to leadership.
• Contribute to target-state IT risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, PMO, Finance, SI, clients and external partners.
• Deliver work aligned with EY standards across large-scale ERP, cloud and digital transformations.

Job description
