Hitachi Energy in Łódź is seeking a Digital Transformation Deployment Specialist focused on PLM Windchill to lead IT capabilities, connect business needs and deliver measurable results across engineering and manufacturing functions.
You will drive PLM strategy, integrate Windchill/Teamcenter with ERP/MES, promote Digital Thread, apply Lean/Six Sigma, manage global programs and collaborate with stakeholders, with up to 30% travel.
As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will lead a high-impact portfolio, connecting technology and business needs and delivering concrete results. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing IT capabilities within this area of expertise, planning and building IT solutions from business functions. You will work in a multinational team, conducting one or more projects/programs, and be the single focal point (SPOC) between IT Technology and the business for these transformation projects/programs. They will also be responsible for interacting with functional leaders and business units to monitor and execute projects/programs.
