Job summary

Expected to collaborate with COEs, translate business goals into practical actions, and provide data-driven insights to support compensation decisions while embedding an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist or HRBP experience in a global org.
• Proven ability to manage organizational changes and HR projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytics with people data and compensation insights.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form; international experience.
