Job summary

Aon Corporation in Kraków is seeking a People Business Partner to support Global ABS, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will help implement people initiatives, drive organizational change, and translate strategy into action across global client groups.

The role requires strong HR generalist/partner experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Solid HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience within a complex, global organization.
• Strong execution approach with experience managing organizational changes, restructurings, or cross-functional HR projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior executives across geographies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using people data and compensation insights.
• Fluent English written and spoken in an international setting.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence, coach, and counsel people leaders to foster an inclusive Aon culture and accountability.
• Translate business goals into practical manager actions to improve operating models and team structures.
• Support annual cycles (performance, talent, calibration) across client groups for retention and performance.
• Partner with COEs to drive communication, change management, and adoption.
• Provide data-driven insights to support compensation and people decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on HR policies and hiring strategy.
• Drive workforce plans and encourage talent utilization to meet budgets.
• Collaborate with COEs to design solutions that improve engagement and performance.
• Embed inclusion into talent processes and coach leaders to model I&D framework.
• Lead special projects delivering value for the firm and clients.
