The Stepstone Group is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Warsaw to drive a high-quality end-to-end People experience across the employee lifecycle. You will support onboarding through offboarding, handle HRIS records, benefits, and employee queries, and collaborate with People Partners to implement global processes and policies.
The role requires 2+ years in HR/People Operations, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of employment laws.

The People Operations Specialist is responsible for executing a consistent, high-quality end-to-end People experience at scale.
This role manages all day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle including promoting high engagement and stakeholder management by implementing People initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and improving a global, employee experience within the organization.
Supporting People Partnering and other People functions with the execution of all initiatives to optimize business performance including providing advisory support to other colleagues from the People Function including Managers around global processes/policies and formal employee relations in a timely manner, enabling a positive experience whilst mitigating business risk.
