Viktor is seeking a compliance-focused operator to own the legal framework for employing people across Poland, Germany, the US and Ireland. You’ll manage contracts, EOR relations, visas, and offboarding with counsel support, while updating policies and ensuring records remain audit-ready.

You will work at the intersection of law and operations, turning complex rules into practical guidance, and using AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written English with clear communication.
• Ability to assess risk and propose compliant solutions.
• Experience in rule-based policy development is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Keep us compliant in every country: contract types, documents, registrations, working-time and leave rules, payroll inputs and deadlines.
• Issue and amend contracts, run Deel and EOR relationships, keep records complete and correct.
• Own the legal side of visas and permits with immigration providers.
• Handle exits, disputes and terminations under the right country’s law with counsel, and run offboarding compliance.
• Build the levelling framework, run the performance cycle, and keep policies current and clear.
