Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a diverse, multilingual team responsible for the full payroll and time management cycle across multiple countries. You will drive accuracy, governance, and timely delivery within a high-paced environment in Warsaw.

The role requires 5 years in multinational payroll, fluent English, and strong cross-stakeholder collaboration across EMEA. Lean Six Sigma certification and experience with ADP/Workday/ServiceNow are valued assets.

Qualifications

• About 5 years of payroll experience in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English is a must; an additional European language is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of driving team accountability and delivering against KPIs.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across EMEA markets.
• Continuous Improvement mindset; Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt beneficial.
• Strong experience with ADP, Workday, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong process management and process improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a payroll team across countries.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and controls.
