Job summary

UPM - The Biofore Company is seeking a Specialist/Senior Specialist, Payroll, EMEA to join our Kraków, Poland team. You will manage end-to-end payroll for multiple countries in the EMEA region, coordinating with external vendors and local partners to ensure accurate disbursements and compliance.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, and People Operations to support multi-country payroll frameworks and continuous improvements in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-country payroll experience.
• Experience handling payroll for France, Belgium, and Germany is a strong asset.
• Familiar with HRIS/payroll technologies and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities in the EMEA region.
• Coordinate data flows with external payroll providers and local partners.
• Perform pre-payroll and post-payroll reconciliations and quality checks.
