• Ability to work with complex service-based offerings.
• Very good communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of independence and responsibility.
• Advanced command of English.
• Experience working with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing and expanding Calan's payroll services portfolio
• Acquiring new business clients and building long-term relationships
• Identifying client needs and proposing payroll solutions
• Managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing
• Cooperating closely with payroll, operations, and internal teams
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
