Job summary

RHI Magnesita N.V. in Poland invites a Payroll Governance, Audit & Compliance Specialist to strengthen governance, internal controls and operational excellence across our global payroll organization.

You will drive standardized, well‑controlled processes and support audit activities. You will develop dashboards and reports using BI tools, monitor KPIs and partner with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT to shape future payroll processes and service delivery as part of our Global Payroll Transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, HR or accounting.
• Several years' experience in governance, internal controls, process management, audit or compliance.
• Payroll experience is highly desirable.
• Strong governance, risk management and performance monitoring background.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting/analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive payroll governance, compliance and internal control initiatives across multiple countries.
• Monitor payroll risks, controls, audit findings and remediation activities.
• Define, track and report Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Support process standardization, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Contribute to internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
