Job summary

ABB is seeking a Patch Management SME to oversee the Qualys Patch Management platform across the organization. You will enable global teams, drive platform adoption, and provide expert guidance aligned with cybersecurity governance and operational excellence.

You will lead onboarding, access management, and end-user support, collaborating with InfoSec, infrastructure, and the Qualys vendor. This is a hybrid role with global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT environments with ITIL framework.
• Strong patch and vulnerability management knowledge; Qualys PM is a plus.
• Excellent English (C1) and written communication.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and global support models.
• Experience interacting with external vendors and escalation management.
• Ability to design onboarding sessions and trainings for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Patch Management platform across ABB.
• Lead onboarding of units, divisions, apps, and infra to the platform.
• Manage user access, roles, and entitlements per governance.
• Deliver platform demos, trainings, and workshops globally.
• Provide guidance on Qualys capabilities and patching standards.
• Troubleshoot platform issues with internal teams and Qualys.
• Manage vendor support cases and track improvements with Qualys.
• Maintain procedures and knowledge articles for ABB teams.
• Support governance, reporting, and KPI tracking for platform.
