Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior Security Analyst in Active Threat and Vulnerability Defense to strengthen our cybersecurity posture. You will integrate real-time threat intelligence, prioritize risk across enterprise assets, and automate vulnerability detection and remediation.

The role involves collaboration with threat intel, patching, application owners, and development teams, with a hybrid work model in Warsaw and ongoing professional development in security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cyber Defense with emphasis on vulnerability management, threat intel, incident response, or offensive security.
• Proven experience in a vulnerability management role or cyber defense team.
• Strong ability to correlate threat intelligence with vulnerability data, asset and incident data.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and API integration/automation experience.
• Ability to work with SOC analysts, patching teams, and development teams to mitigate threats.

Responsibilities

• Proactive vulnerability assessment across endpoints, servers, networks, and cloud assets.
• Continuous threat and vulnerability monitoring in real-time using threat intel feeds and automated tools.
• Lead automation and orchestration for vulnerability detection, reporting, and remediation workflows.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to validate findings and track remediation progress.
• Integrate threat intelligence into vulnerability assessments to inform defense strategies.
• Present clear reports on vulnerability posture to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Improve tools and processes for tracking threats, exposures, and remediation activities.
