Job summary

Goliath's Global Publishing Network (GPN) seeks a Partner Manager to nurture relationships with publishers and coordinate projects across global markets from Warsaw or a hybrid setup. The role reports to the GPN Manager and offers growth into client-facing partnerships.

You will onboard new partners, manage agreements, pricing, and content, and ensure clear communication and timely deliverables. Fluent English is required; Polish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, account management, or publishing.
• Interest in board games and tabletop publishing ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Startup experience and ability to grow into partner-facing role.
• Fluent in English; Polish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with publishing partners through regular communication and monthly check-ins.
• Negotiate contract terms and update agreements with publishers.
• Maintain product sheets, catalog, pricing, language options, and tests for new titles.
• Manage royalties and financial reports for partners and distribute quarterly summaries.
• Keep CRM, databases and dashboards up to date with orders and pricing.
