Galderma, a leading dermatology company, is hiring a Manager of Identity & Access Governance (IAM/PAM) for Krakow. You will lead the IAM/PAM team, own the program roadmap, manage budgets, and drive governance across IT/OT environments while partnering with IT, HR, and external providers.

Strong experience in IAM programs, privileged access management, and regulatory frameworks is required. Fluency in English and risk-focused advisory capabilities are essential for success in a global, regulated

• Lead and manage the IAM/PAM team including coordination with external partners and managed services
• Own the IAM program roadmap, budget, and successful delivery of IAM, SSO, PAM projects
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures
