EY GDS Poland is seeking a Digital Identity & Privileged Access Management Manager in Katowice. You will lead PAM programs, defining roadmaps and governance while coordinating distributed teams across global environments.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and extensive PAM experience with major platforms, in a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite/3 days remote) within Poland.

As a PAM Manager within our Digital Identity and Privileged Access Management practice, you will lead and deliver Privileged Access Management initiatives for global clients, including organizations operating in regulated industries such as financial services.
This role combines project and program management responsibilities with deep PAM expertise. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, architects, and delivery teams to define PAM roadmaps, oversee implementations, manage risks, and support the adoption of privileged access management capabilities across complex enterprise environments.
